Your April 13 Weekly Snacks – “In these hard times, our souls require some nourishment as well.” We thought about how we could make you happy all day and came up with a few ideas online. As “Dilan Baransel Communication Consultancy” and “Agresif Arılar Advertising Agency” teams, we wanted to share our weekly “Happy Snacks” file with you.
BREAKFAST
Baked Bread Slices
Ingredients
• 4 slices of whole wheat bread
• 4 Champignons
• 2 tsbps of olive oil
• 1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp of salt
• 1 tsp of thyme
• 2 tsbps of sliced black olives
• 8 cherry tomatoes
• 1 glass of grated kashar cheese
• 4 sprigs of parsley
Directions:
Cut the stems of the mushrooms that you wipe with a damp cloth and slice them thinly. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half after cutting off the stems.
Finely chop the parsley leaves. Blend the thinly sliced mushrooms and sliced black olives with olive oil, salt, thyme, and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the mushroom mixture on the slices of whole wheat bread and place the tomatoes.
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in a preheated 200-degrees oven for about 10 minutes.
Spread grated kashar cheese on toasting bread slices and continue cooking at the same temperature for about 10 minutes.
After the bread slices are baked, sprinkle chopped parsley leaves on the bread slices you took out of the oven and share them warm with your loved ones.
Sugar Free Hot Chocolate
Ingredients (For two):
• 1 glass of milk (or almond milk, soy milk)
• 2 squares of dark chocolate
• 1 tsbp of tahini (or peanut butter, almond butter)

Daily Exercise
We continue our exercises to do at home series.
Squat: Your head should be upright and your gaze forward. Keep your body upright and your feet shoulder-width apart.
Breathe in this position and squat down until you form a 90-degree angle between your legs and the floor, without leaning forward.
Exhale and return to the upright position.
To avoid spinal damage, it is important to maintain body uprightness during exercise, and the leg and hip muscles must be worked without relaxing.
BRIDGE: This exercise is also very simple and works the glutes, legs, and abdominal muscles. Lie on your back with your knees bent on the mat ensuring that they are hip-width apart. Your hands should be at your sides on the mat. Then, with your hands on either side, raise your hips off the floor and hold for 2-3 seconds before returning to the starting position. The soles of your feet should always be on the mat during the exercise. Just like squats, you can do this movement in 3 sets of 10 times each, or more.

Movie: 3 Idiots (3 Aptal)
Rancho Chhanched, Farhan Qureshi, and Raju Rastogi are three engineering students at India’s top school who share a dormitory room. The movie 12 Angry Men follows the decision-making process of 12 jurors who must make a decision about a teenager accused of murder. A young Latin American man is accused of murder for killing his father. The knife, which the accused claimed he had lost, was found at the crime scene. The young man’s defense to the court is poor and there are many witnesses who say they heard what happened. If found guilty, the accused will be sentenced to death. The jury results are not surprising: Out of 12 jurors, only juror number eight, Davis, voted for a verdict of ‘not guilty’. As Davis strives to convince the jurors, it becomes clear that each juror’s ‘guilty’ verdict is motivated by different personal reasons, such as xenophobia, overconfidence in the law, conformity to the majority, and getting even with the past.
